Terms & Conditions.
By using CoreAllure, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short, fair, and written like a human wrote them, because one did.
01The agreement.
By signing up to the CoreAllure waitlist, creating an account, or using the CoreAllure app or website (coreallure.com), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use CoreAllure.
"You" means the person using the service. "We", "us", "CoreAllure" means CoreAllure and its team.
02Who can use it.
To use CoreAllure you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be legally allowed to enter into a contract
- Not be banned from CoreAllure (for past breaches of these terms)
- Not be on a sex offender registry
If we find out you're under 18, your account will be deleted immediately.
03Your account.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you provide
- Keeping your password and account safe
- All activity that happens on your account
- Notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access (email info@coreallure.com immediately)
You can have only one account. You can delete it anytime from inside the app or by emailing us.
04How to behave.
CoreAllure is built around respect. By using it, you agree NOT to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another user
- Send sexually explicit content unsolicited
- Impersonate someone else or use fake photos
- Use the app for commercial purposes, advertising or solicitation
- Ask other users for money, gifts or financial favours
- Promote illegal activity, hate speech, or violence
- Scrape, hack, reverse-engineer or attempt to interfere with the service
- Use bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the app
- Create multiple accounts to bypass blocks or restrictions
Breaking these rules means we can suspend or permanently ban your account, with no refund.
05Your content.
The photos, voice recordings, prompt answers and messages you share are yours. You keep ownership of them.
By posting them on CoreAllure, you give us a limited licence to display, store and process them as needed to run the service (e.g. showing your profile to potential matches, processing voice through Luna).
This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared with other users (e.g. messages they've received).
You promise that everything you post is yours to share and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
06Subscriptions & payment.
CoreAllure has a free tier and a paid tier (CoreAllure Plus). Some features (like extra Soul Signals) can be purchased separately.
Payment
- All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
- You can manage or cancel anytime through your App Store / Play Store account
Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Apple / Google according to their policies, not by us
- Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms
Waitlist founder pricing, when offered, applies for the lifetime of your CoreAllure account as long as your subscription stays active.
07Suspension & termination.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Break these Terms
- Harm or harass other users
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Are reported repeatedly by other users for serious misconduct
You can also end your use of CoreAllure anytime, delete your account in the app, or email info@coreallure.com.
When you delete your account, we follow our Privacy Policy on data retention.
08Liability & disclaimers.
CoreAllure is provided "as is." We do everything we reasonably can to make it safe, reliable and useful, but we can't guarantee perfection.
We are NOT responsible for:
- The behaviour of other users (online or offline)
- The outcome of any match, conversation, or in-person meeting
- Loss of data caused by service outages
- Decisions you make based on AI suggestions from Luna
You meet people on CoreAllure at your own discretion. Please read our Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid CoreAllure in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
09Changes to these terms.
If we update these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and (for material changes) notify you by email or in-app. Continuing to use CoreAllure after changes means you accept them.
10Governing law & contact.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
