The short version. We provide the platform. You're responsible for your own choices, conversations, and meetings. Luna gives suggestions, not professional advice. Read our Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person.

01The service.

CoreAllure is a dating platform designed to help people form intentional, real connections. We provide tools, matching, messaging, Luna (our AI companion), voice bios, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the service.

We don't promise you'll find love, friendship, a date, or anything else. We promise to build the best environment we can for those things to happen.

02Other users.

CoreAllure does not perform criminal background checks on its users. While we use verification tools, photo-checks and community reporting to keep the platform as safe as possible, we cannot guarantee:

That every user is who they say they are
That every user has accurate intentions
That every user is acting in good faith

You are responsible for the choices you make about who to engage with, who to share information with, and who to meet. Always read our Safety Tips before meeting someone in person.

03Luna & AI features.

Luna is an AI companion designed to help you communicate, reflect, and connect. She is not:

A licensed therapist, counsellor or psychologist
A medical or mental health professional
A relationship coach with formal qualifications
Infallible, AI can and does get things wrong

Suggestions from Luna are just that, suggestions. You stay in control of every message, every interaction, every decision. If you're in emotional distress or crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or support service.

04Content on the website.

The articles on the CoreAllure Journal, social media posts, and information across our site are for general interest and inspiration. They are NOT:

Professional dating advice
Mental health guidance
Medical or legal advice
A substitute for personal judgement

Our site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visit them at your own risk.

We work hard to keep CoreAllure available, secure and reliable. However we cannot guarantee:

Uninterrupted service (outages can happen)
That all features will work perfectly all the time
That data is never lost despite our best backups
That matches lead to relationships, friendships, or any specific outcome

By using CoreAllure, you accept these realities, the same ones that apply to every digital service in the world.

07Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreAllure is not liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from:

Your use of the platform
Interactions with other users
Decisions you make based on Luna's suggestions
Outages, errors, data loss, or security incidents (subject to our Privacy Policy)

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, these protections remain in place by law.
