Your data is yours. We collect what we need to make CoreAllure work, nothing more. Plain English, no legalese hiding the bits that matter.
01What we collect.
We collect only what we need to run CoreAllure and help you find genuine connection.
- Account information: your email address, and authentication details when you sign in.
- Profile information: your name or display name, age, photos, voice intro, and the answers you give to your profile cards, such as what you are looking for, your green flags, and your values.
- Preferences and compatibility information: your dating preferences, interests, personality answers, and the information we use to match you with compatible people.
- Messages and conversations: the messages you send to other members, and the messages you send to Luna.
- Voice content: your voice intro, and, if you use Luna Voice, the voice audio you record.
- Usage information: how you interact with the app, so we can improve it. This is kept in an aggregated, anonymised form wherever possible.
02Where it comes from.
Most information comes directly from you when you create your account, build your profile, record your voice intro, match with people, and use Luna. Some technical information, such as basic device and usage data, is collected automatically so the app runs correctly and stays secure.
03How we use it.
Your data is used to:
- Run the app and provide the service you signed up for.
- Match you with compatible people based on your values, personality, preferences, and compatibility.
- Power Luna, our AI relationship companion, which provides guidance, conversation coaching, and profile suggestions.
- Help improve your profile, conversation quality, and overall dating experience.
- Keep CoreAllure safe by detecting fake accounts, abuse, spam, and fraudulent activity.
- Improve CoreAllure using aggregated, anonymised usage data.
- Send essential service notifications, including account updates, matches, and subscription information.
- Send marketing emails only if you have chosen to receive them.
04AI processing & providers.
Luna is an AI relationship companion. To provide personalised guidance, profile feedback, and conversation coaching, CoreAllure shares certain information with trusted third-party AI providers.
Before your messages or voice audio are sent to our AI providers, we ask for your consent within the app. You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings > AI Data & Privacy. After consent is withdrawn, no further data is sent to the AI providers.
Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC)
Anthropic powers Luna's AI conversations. Where required to answer your request, Anthropic receives:
- your typed messages, or the transcribed text of your voice messages
- recent conversation context
- your dating profile information, where needed to answer your request
- your relationship preferences, interests, and compatibility information, where relevant
- your profile prompts and the conversation history needed to provide personalised coaching
Anthropic processes this information solely to generate Luna's response. Anthropic states that API inputs and outputs are normally deleted from its systems within approximately 30 days, except where longer retention is required for safety, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or contractual reasons.

ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs, Inc.)
When you choose to use Luna Voice, ElevenLabs receives:
- your voice audio, to convert your speech into text
- the text of Luna's replies, to generate spoken audio
We have disabled ElevenLabs' optional use of newly submitted data for general model improvement. ElevenLabs processes and retains data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

05Your choices.
- Before CoreAllure sends your messages or voice audio to our AI providers, we ask for your consent.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings > AI Data & Privacy.
- After consent is withdrawn, no further data is sent to the AI providers.
- If you do not give your consent, Luna Chat and Luna Voice will remain unavailable. All other CoreAllure features will continue to work as normal.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings > Delete Account.
06Data retention.
CoreAllure's own retention: We retain your account information, profile, matches, conversations, and preferences until you delete your account. When you delete your account, this information is removed from our systems.
Third-party AI providers: Anthropic and ElevenLabs process and retain data according to their own published privacy policies, linked in Section 04. CoreAllure does not control their retention periods, but we only send them the information described above, and only after you have given consent. We share only the minimum information required to provide Luna's features.
07Security.
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage where appropriate, strict access controls, and regular security reviews to help protect your information. Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we treat your data with the same care we would expect for our own.
08Your rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. Some of these rights can be exercised directly in the app, such as editing your profile, withdrawing AI consent, and deleting your account. For anything else, contact us using the details below.
09Children & age.
CoreAllure is strictly for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, please email info@coreallure.com and we'll act immediately.
10Changes & contact.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
